Flexi / Temporary Searches:

Contract to Hire:

A flexible solution for long-term hiring needs. You can start with a short-term contract and decide to extend or convert contract to a full-time employee of yours.

Permanent Hire:

We are perfectionist on finding you the perfect fit and swear by quality as oppose to quantity here at Trans GNX. We would make your search a top priority going after passive candidates as well as those that are in our network and talent pool. At the end we would be presenting you with the most qualified candidates, and would be scheduling everything from there on based on your feedback and interviewing needs.

Payroll Service:

We offer professionally managed full payroll services to our clients that covers for everything!

What is the process?

If you are looking to hire, you can either schedule a time for us to give you a call or simply tell us a bit about the role you are looking to fill here and we would be getting in contact with you shortly to get an understanding of your hiring needs and expectations.

We do all the legwork going after passive candidates and our talent pool, and present you with the most qualified candidates who have been rigorously screened and vetted by our best in class recruiters.

What if we end-up filling the role ourselves in the end? Do we still have to pay you?

No. There are no retainer or hourly fees. You would only be paying us agreed upon fee only if you hire one of the candidates that is presented to you by Trans GNX. You can contact us to talk to one of our Account Managers today.

How long does it take to make a hire thru Trans GNX?

We take a lot of pride in our sense of urgency. In most cases we start presenting our candidates within 24 to 48 hours. When you have this person on the seat depends on you! We are always ready with a full pipelines of top talent and qualified candidates.

Do you mine the job boards for job seekers?

Recruiters refer to these as “passive candidates” who may be open to new opportunities, but are not actively looking for a career change, so they’re not scanning job boards to see what is out there. To reach these people, we perform targeted headhunting that identifies a pool of highly qualified candidates for our customers.

We have our own extensive database of professionals across India. Our research tools give us access to sales professionals who have the specific qualifications required to complete a successful search, no matter where they’re living and working now.

How long does it take to get candidates?

The time required to find the right recruit depends upon the search parameters, but typically it takes a matter of days to find the first candidates on a search.

What do I need to do while you’re searching for candidates?

We begin by collecting business and hiring requirements from you. We will also ask you to provide constructive feedback throughout our process to ensure that we find the best candidates as quickly as possible.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. Our contract covers project goals, process and obligations so that we meet your expectations without expensive surprises along the way.

What if I decide I want to hire more people?

A search can be expanded before, during or at the conclusion of a project. Once our customers experience firsthand the quality of the candidates we provide, they often expand the scope of the project to make additional hires.
